Beyond Care Health Solutions Ltd is a healthcare provider regulated and licensed by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We are proud to provide a wide range of domiciliary/homecare services on a daily, weekly and overnight basis across Leeds, Yorkshire and surrounding areas and can offer you care
from a little as 30 mins per day.​
Our aim is to deliver an exceptionally high standard of personal care, functional care, and associated domestic services that will enable us to support the needs of older people in the comfort of their own
homes and allow them to maintain their independence.

Each client is fundamental to our service and central to everything we do and we can ensure that all members of our care team are highly trained staff that have been rigorously screened to ensure they share our company values in relation to providing professional, safe, effective and compassionate and well led care.
We appreciate that maintaining independence is vital and endeavour to work
collaboratively with clients and their families to create bespoke care plans tailored to their specific needs and preferences.​
We actively promote open and honest communication and use all feedback
from our staff and clients to ensure we continue to get your care right.
Here is just a few things we can support you or a loved with one with:

End of Life Care
Our specialist end f life care allows individuals to be supported in the one place they feel most comfortable, surrounded by fond memories and their loved ones.

At Beyond Care Health Solutions our dedicated palliative care team have undergone specialist training in order to ensure they can provide sensitive, specialist support and symptom relief for individuals with serious, life limiting or terminal illness. We help to relieve pain and suffering with the aim to improve quality of life as much as possible throughout the entire time individuals are in our care.

Dementia Care
​
Dementia is an umbrella term that is used to describe a number of different progressive neurological disorders. The most common cause of dementia is Alzheimers Disease. Our specialist team are fully trained and experienced in providing an exceptionally high standard of complex dementia care at home and appreciate that all clients living with dementia are unique and will experience their own dementia differently.
At Beyond Care Health Solutions our aim is to work collaboratively with our clients and their families in order to create tailored care plans that support and enable individuals living with dementia to over challenges presented by their condition. It is medically proven through research that disruption/changes to environment and daily routines can adversely affect individuals living with dementia and cause them undue stress. With this in mind our team is dedicated to following routines that individuals are used to and comfortable with in order to preserve their independence and provide familiarity.
